Your dependents' life insurance coverage shall automatically terminate on the earliest of the following dates:
- With respect to Life Insurance, five months (subject to self-payment of premium) after your death.
- With respect to Life Insurance, the date your Life Insurance terminates due to any cause other than death.
- With respect to Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, the date your Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance terminates.
- The end of the month in which your dependent begins full time service of the military (land, sea, or air) forces of any country.
- The end of the month in which your dependent child ceases to maintain the status as a dependent as defined by eligibility rules.
- The end of the month in which you are divorced or the domestic partnership is terminated.
- The end of the month in which premium is paid to the Company by the HCA for your dependent insurance.
